Please note that certain components may experience extended lead times due to ongoing supply chain delays beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.

Global Shipping

We ship to most countries and regions worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the UK, New Zealand, Australia, South Korea, Japan, European countries, Thailand, and Mexico—with more destinations continuously being added.We partner with trusted shipping carriers to deliver your handmade treasures safely and efficiently. Typical delivery takes 7–15 business days, though timing may vary.If you have a specific delivery date request or require expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order so we can assist you accordingly.

Shipping Costs

Orders over $50(after discounts) enjoy free standard shipping.Orders under $50 will incur a flat shipping fee of $7.99.

Shipping Responsibility & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or confirmed as delivered by the carrier. No refunds or replacements will be issued in such cases.After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking site. Please note that once the package arrives in your country, it will be transferred to a local postal or courier service. A follow-up email will be sent with the local tracking number if available.

Important Notes

  • Customs & Import Fees: International customers are responsible for all customs declarations, duties, and taxes. These are not included in the order total. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
  • Delivery Delays: If your package is delayed, please check for notices from your local postal or customs authority.
  • Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for orders not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Packages returned due to address error will require a new shipping fee to be re-sent.
