Yes, you can cancel your order at any time before it enters the processing stage.
However, once we have begun processing your order, it can no longer be canceled or changed.
If you have a specific delivery date request or require expedited shipping, please contact us before placing your order so we can assist you accordingly.
Every piece deserves a perfect presentation. Each order is thoughtfully packaged, making it gift-ready. For multiple items, we combine them in one box to minimize waste. If you’re sending a gift, simply let us know at checkout—we’ll wrap each item separately and can even include a handwritten note with your message.
P.S. To keep the unboxing a surprise, we never include a physical receipt.
Of course! You can leave a note at checkout and we will handwrite it for you on a small notecard 🙂
No order information is included in the packaging. This means that if you’re purchasing a gift for someone, they will only receive their gift, without any accompanying details about the order.

Orders over $50(after discounts) enjoy free standard shipping.
Orders under $50 will incur a flat shipping fee of $7.99.
Before shipment, order processing and handmade production typically take 1–4 business days.
Delivery typically takes 5–15 business days, though timing may vary.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing a hyperlinked tracking number. This will enable you to track your shipment and view the estimated delivery date.
There is processing time of orders, usually we’ll send them out in 4 days. Except when we’re on holiday – you will hear from us if this is the case.
In the uncommon case where the processing time is longer than usual, it may be that we’re restocking supplies. Your order will always be sent out as soon as we can.
We do not offer refunds. If there is a quality issue, please contact us, we’ll handle it.
